§ 31.04  CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is both the Town Clerk and the Town Fiscal Officer.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall have the powers and duties as prescribed by I.C. 36-5-6-6.
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer may appoint the number of deputies and employees authorized by the Town Council, each of whom shall serve at the pleasure of the Clerk-Treasurer.
