(A) The town hereby adopts the Internal Control Policy attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated as if set out in full.
(B) The Town Clerk-Treasurer was directed to ensure that all personnel receive training concerning the internal control procedures adopted and approved herein prior to 6-30-2016.
(C) The town hereby adopts a materiality threshold of $500 for purposes of the internal control procedures adopted and approved herein.
