A petty cash fund shall be established for the Water, Wastewater, Storm Water, MVH, Parks, Town Manager and Town Hall Departments in the amount of $100 for each department. These petty cash funds are to be reconciled and balanced on a regular basis. Funds will be replenished by completing a claim form with proof of the use of the funds and submitted through the normal claims process. Each department head shall be responsible for said petty cash funds.
