§ 90.38  RECREATIONAL FIRES.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall exclude the occasional use of recreational fires (such as “bonfires” or “cooking fires”) conducted for a maximum of two hours or less and supervised by a responsible adult property owner or representative of a sponsoring community organization, in conjunction with planned activities which enhance the quality of family and community life, utilizing only natural debris as a fuel source.
