§ 90.35  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE. The waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking and consumption of food, whether for humans or for animals, and of waste from the handling, storage and sale of food materials.
   NATURAL DEBRIS. Leaves, twigs, trees and tree limbs accumulating from natural processes.
   REFUSE. All trash, combustible or not, including, but not limited to, paper, cartons, boxes, barrels, wood, excelsior, furniture, bedding, mineral waste, tires, shingles, waste oil and like disposables.
