§ 30.20  ELECTION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS.
   (A)   The legislative body of the town shall be composed of five Council members, to be known collectively as the “Town Council”.
   (B)   Candidates for Town Council shall reside within the election district for which they seek the office and shall be nominated by the voters of the same election district.
   (C)   Council members shall be elected at large by a plurality of the votes cast for the office within the entire town.
   (D)   One member of the Council shall be elected from each election district, as hereinafter defined, commencing in 1993, under and as provided for by the Election Code of the state.
