§ 74.05 RIDING ON ROADWAYS AND BICYCLE PATHS.
   (A)   Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
   (B)   It is a violation to ride a bicycle two or more abreast, except on those pathways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles.
   (C)   Whenever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a roadway, bicycle riders shall use such paths and shall not use the roadway.
   (D)   Persons riding bicycles and skating devices on public sidewalks and pedestrian pathways shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians, and a person riding a bicycle or skating device shall give an audible signal before overtaking and passing a pedestrian on such public sidewalk or pedestrian pathway.
