For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ROADWAY. The portion of a street or highway improved, designated or ordinarily used for vehicular travel, exclusive of the berm or shoulder.
SNOW EMERGENCY. A condition declared to be such by the Traffic Engineer.
SNOW ROUTES. Those streets marked as such in accordance with the provisions of the chapter.
