APPENDIX:
57.09 PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accordance with subsection 1.14 of this Code. In the alternative, the City may elect to prosecute any such violation as a municipal infraction, in accordance with Chapter 3 of this Code.
