APPENDIX:
35.12 MUTUAL AND AUTOMATIC AID.
   Subject to approval by resolution of the Council, the department may enter into mutual aid and automatic aid agreements with other legally constituted fire departments. Copies of any such agreements shall be filed with the Clerk.
