1. The Board shall meet on the first Monday of the months of February, April, and November at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of transacting such business as shall come before it.
2. The Chairperson or Vice Chairperson may call a special meeting of said Board by giving at least 48 hours’ notice in writing to every member of the Board. The call for the special meeting shall include an agenda, and only matters included in that agenda may be discussed at that meeting.
3. The Board may adopt, amend, or rescind such rules as may be necessary for the conduct of its business.
