The Board shall elect a Chairperson at the annual meeting in July, and a Vice Chair, each to serve a term of one year. A duly elected Clerk of Penn Township shall serve as Secretary of the said Cemetery Board to take minutes at the meeting, and under the Board’s supervision, to collect and disburse money on behalf of the Board.
