172.11 PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS.
   A City permit is required prior to the start of any tower construction activity. In addition, a City permit is required prior to the start of any tower modification including colocation or replacement. The permit shall include the following information:
   1.   Permit cover/information sheet on a form provided by the City.
   2.   Structural and operational information provided by registered engineers and certification by those engineers that the project as proposed is structurally sound and meets all federal rules and regulations applicable to tower construction, tower lighting, radio frequency operations, and electromagnetic radiation.
   3.   A schedule for periodic maintenance of the structure as required in Section 172.08 of this chapter.
   4.   The site plan as approved by the City Council.
   Towers shall be periodically inspected to maintain the integrity of the structure and its operation in accordance with the approved permit, and reports shall be submitted to the Building Official.
