15.03 APPOINTMENTS.
   The Mayor shall appoint the Mayor Pro Tem, and the Mayor also appoints, with Council approval, the following officials:

   1.   Police Chief
   2.   Library Board of Trustees
   3.   Parks and Recreation Commission
   4.   Tree and Storm Water Advisory Board
   5.   Telecommunications Commission
   6.   Cemetery Board (City members)
   7.   Planning and Zoning Commission
   8.   Zoning Board of Adjustment
