APPENDIX:
156.20 NUISANCE.
   Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a public nuisance injurious to the public health, safety, and welfare. The City Attorney, in addition to the penalties in Sections 156.18 and 156.19, may correct said violations as a nuisance pursuant to Chapter 50 of this Code of Ordinances.
