If the City Administrator or designee deems that the storm water management plan meets the requirement of this chapter, the City Administrator or designee will notify the appropriate City officials that appropriate development permits may be issued. However, this action by the City Administrator does not obviate the developer from any of the additional requirement in this Code of Ordinances for the construction of a development.
