APPENDIX:
140.05 EXCEPTIONS.
   The foregoing controlled access facilities shall be subject to possible future public street access openings as approved by the Iowa Department of Transportation and the Council on said Iowa Highway 965. Said access points may be located no closer than one-eighth-mile intervals on Iowa Highway 965.
