127.07 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   1.   The administrative authority, with consent of the Board of Appeals, may revoke any license issued if the license holder shows substantial incompetency or lack of knowledge, if the license was obtained by fraud, or for continual violation of any sections of this code.
   2.   Licenses are not transferable. The lending, selling, giving, or assigning of any license or the obtaining of permits for any other person shall not be allowed and shall be deemed cause for revocation.
   3.   Revocation shall occur only after the administrative authority has given the licensee written notice and an opportunity for an administrative hearing before the Board of Appeals.
