A sanitary sewer and water service installer’s license shall be issued to every person who successfully passes the examination approved by the Board of Appeals or possesses a current valid sanitary sewer and water service installer’s license issued by the City. The applicant shall provide a penal bond in the minimum sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) issued by a surety company authorized to issue such bonds in the State.
