The system authorized by this chapter shall be consistent with industry standards and shall be of sufficient capacity to supply all reasonable demands of those portions of the City located in the Company’s exclusive electric service territory and the inhabitants thereof, and shall be kept in good repair consistent with utility codes and standards.
