APPENDIX:
94.04 PREMIUM RATE FOR EXCESS CONSUMPTION.
   In addition to the water rates duly enacted by the Council, all customers shall pay a premium rate of one cent per gallon of water consumed in excess of the base allocation established pursuant to Section 94.02.
