77.07 MOTORIZED VEHICLE OPERATION PROHIBITED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   No person shall operate or cause to be operated the engine providing motive power (or an auxiliary engine) of a motor vehicle of a weight in excess of 10,000 pounds for a consecutive period longer than 20 minutes while such vehicle is standing on private property and located within 150 feet of property zoned and used for residential purposes, except when such vehicle is standing within a completely enclosed building. This section does not apply to delivery or pickup vehicles that require the operation of the engine to unload their vending loads. The operation of a vehicle in the manner described in this section shall be deemed a nuisance to which a criminal penalty under the terms of this code or a civil penalty as established by this code may be imposed.
