69.11 PARKING OF UNREGISTERED VEHICLES ILLEGAL.
   No person shall stop, stand, or park an unregistered vehicle upon public property. Only vehicles that are currently registered and have the registration properly displayed on the rear license plate are permitted to be parked on public property.
