1. It is unlawful for any owner to use any license tag on any cat or dog other than the one for which it was issued. If there is a change of ownership of a licensed cat or dog, the new owner must apply for and obtain a new license as required in this chapter.
2. It is unlawful for any person to use the license tag for an unlawful purpose or to conceal the ownership of the cat or dog or remove the license tag provided for in this chapter from any cat or dog, with the intent to deprive the owner or custodian thereof.
3. It is unlawful for any person to falsely represent that a dog or cat is spayed or neutered when it is not.
