53.05 MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND SIMILAR DEVICES.
   No person shall operate, play, or permit the operation or playing of any drum, musical instrument, or similar instrument in such a manner to cause a noise disturbance indoors or outdoors within a noise sensitive area.
