53.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless otherwise expressly stated or unless the context clearly indicates a different intention, the following terms have the meanings shown:
   1.   "Noise" means any sound which disturbs humans or which causes or tends to cause an adverse psychological or physiological effect on humans.
   2.   "Noise disturbance" means any sound of such character, intensity, or duration which endangers or injures the welfare, safety, or health of a human being, or annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of normal sensitivities, or endangers or injures personal or real property.
   3.   "Public property" means any real property, including any structure thereon, which is owned or controlled by a governmental entity, including but not limit to right of way.
   4.   "Real property boundary" means an imaginary line along the ground surface, and its vertical extension, which separates the real property owned by one person from that owned by another person, but not including intra-building real property divisions.
   5.   "Recreational vehicle" means any racecar, motorcycle, snowmobile, or any other motorized vehicle equipped for use in racing or other recreational event or uses off of public right-of-way on public or private property. For purposes of this chapter, a motor vehicle or motorized vehicle which is taking part in any organized racing, endurance or other coordinated sporting event shall be deemed a recreational vehicle.
   6.   "Residential" means any property on which is located a building or structure used wholly or partially for living or sleeping purposes.
   7.   "Used" and "occupied," for the purpose of this chapter, shall be deemed to include the words "intended, designed, or arranged to be used or occupied."
