§ 33.01 COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   The village desires to become a part of the County Emergency Management Organization.
   (B)   The village, by its Council, hereby appoints the Mayor as representative to the Countywide Emergency Management Organization.
