§ 113.02 CULTIVATION, PROCESSING, AND DISPENSING OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person or entity shall cultivate, process, dispense, or sell medical marijuana within the corporate limits of the village.
   (B)   No person or entity shall open, establish, or operate any business or commercial enterprise which is engaged as a cultivator, processor, or retail dispenser of medical marijuana within the corporate limits of the village.
