§ 113.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MARIJUANA. As defined in R.C. § 3719.01.
   MEDICAL MARIJUANA. Marijuana that is cultivated, processed, dispensed, tested, possessed, or used for any medical purpose.
