§ 112.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of § 112.02(A) shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100 and, in addition thereto, shall be assessed the costs of the prosecution.
