(A) The residential properties, whether in residential, business, or manufacturing districts, shall be limited in the number of yard sales, garage sales, home sales, or other similar sales consisting of sale or personal property, and those by any other similar name, to three such sales per year. Said sales shall each be limited to a maximum duration of two consecutive days with no more than one such sale per month.
(B) Any such person or persons desiring to conduct such a sale shall be required to obtain a permit therefor from the Zoning Inspector of said village.
