   (A)   Parking between signs at the west property line of Mrs. Marian Overfield, to the east property line of A.W. Stewart, is not permitted at any time, except for persons during visitation or funerals at the local funeral home.
   (B)   Division (A) of this section applies to the south side of Maple Street only.
