SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   In an effort to curb the fast and reckless operation of motor vehicles within the corporation limits of said village by placing speed regulation signs on the streets as set forth in Ordinance Page 170, Ordinance Book #3 of the Village of Lewisburg, as follows: it shall be unlawful for anyone to operate a motor vehicle on the public streets, alleys, roads, or highways in the said village at a speed greater than 20 mph in the business and closely built-up portions of said village, or more than 35 mph in other portions thereof shall be presumptive evidence of a rate of speed greater than is reasonable or proper.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating division (A) above shall be fined not less than $10 or more than $100 for a first offense; and not less than $25 or more than $100 for a second offense.
