§ 76.16 PARKING PROHIBITIONS AFTER SNOWFALL.
   (A)   No person shall park any motor vehicle or trailer, except in compliance with directions of a police officer, on any street or alleyway for a period of 48 hours commencing immediately after any two inches or more continuous snowfall or at any time that, after snowfall, wind, or other weather conditions has resulted in snow accumulation of two or more inches, until the street or alleyway is plowed curb to curb.
   (B)   No person shall park any motor vehicle or trailer on any street or alleyway at any time in such a manner as to impede snow removal operations.
   (C)   The Mayor, Administrator, or designee is hereby authorized and empowered to have removed any motor vehicle or trailer on any street or alleyway in violation of this section and to have such vehicle placed in a garage or outdoor area by any person engaged in general vehicle towing services. Such costs involved in the towing and storage of removed vehicles is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
   (D)   Whoever violates division (A) or (B) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
