§ 32.20 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   The use of a credit card for any use other than those permitted, may be a criminal violation.
   (B)   (1)   Per R.C. § 2913.21 as an officer, or appointee of a political subdivision or as a public servant as defined under R.C. § 2921.01, no person shall knowingly misuse a credit card account held by a political.
      (2)   Violations will be cause for immediate revocation of authorization to use a credit card or procurement card and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Misuse may be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
