§ 31.32 AUTHORITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM CERTAIN MATURING CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT.
   The Village Fiscal Officer shall have the authority to invest the proceeds from the maturing certificates of deposit in money market certificates for as long as there is excess capital to invest and for as long as the money market certificates yield a higher rate of return than certificates of deposit.
