§ 31.30 POSITION OF FISCAL OFFICER CREATED.
   (A)   In accordance with R.C. § 733.262, there is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer. The salary of the Village Fiscal Officer shall be established upon the appointment of said position.
   (B)   The Village Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties, and functions as provided by the general laws of the state.
