§ 31.17 SERVICE ON COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
   It is in the best interest of the village that the Municipal Administrator represent the village and serve as a member of the County Emergency Management Agency and on the Executive Committee in the absence of the Mayor. Therefore, the Council shall authorize the Municipal Administrator to serve in these capacities on the County Emergency Management Agency and Executive Committee.
