(A) Quorum. Four members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at all Village Council meetings. If a quorum is not present, the Village Council, upon the action of a majority of members present, may adjourn the meeting to another day, provided that proper notice to members and public is given.
(B) Attendance. No member of the Village Council may be absent without first having informed the Village Mayor, Council President, or Village Administrator of the impending absence and the reason therefor. The Village Council may excuse absences. If a Village Council member has more than three unexcused successive absences for regular or special meetings of Village Council, the Village Council may request the member’s resignation.
