(A) Only domestic septage, accompanied by a completed manifest for the respective load will be accepted. No toxic, hazardous, chemical, or grease trap waste will be accepted.
(B) The Village Adminstrator or his or her designate will be responsible for determining the amount of septage to be accepted at any time.
(C) The Village Adminstrator shall maintain the right to refuse septage at any time, if in his or her opinion, the waste will cause an upset or interfere with plant operations, will cause a violation of the plant’s discharge permit, or is otherwise in violation of it regulations.
