§ 51.146 NONRENEWAL, REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   The village retains the right to refuse to renew any license upon its expiration or may suspend or revoke any license at any time for the following reasons:
   (A)   Failure to request renewal;
   (B)   Failure to adhere to the requirements of the village regulations;
   (C)   Failure to follow the lawful detectives and instructions of the Village Administrator or his or her authorized representative;
   (D)   Any work or service performed by licensee is unacceptable to the village;
   (E)   Failure to correct deficiencies, or unauthorized or unaccepted work;
   (F)   Failure to obtain the required permits;
   (G)   Having outstanding violations of these regulations;
   (H)   Continuing work after receipt of notice of work rejection;
   (I)   Beginning work without notifying the Village Administrator;
   (J)   Continuing work that could endanger the village’s systems or the health, safety, or welfare of the users of the village’s systems; or
   (K)   Any other good cause shown which in the judgment of the Village Administrator of the village or the Village Council of the village justify said nonrenewal or revocation.
