§ 51.125 FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
   Final acceptance and release of the maintenance guarantee shall be given after all the improvements to the village systems have been satisfactorily maintained, all defects or deficiencies have been corrected and all expenses incurred by the village pursuant to the development have been paid in full.
