(A) The design of the components of the water or sanitary system shall conform with the provisions of the following publications, except as such provisions are modified or amended herein.
(B) When there appears to be, or there is in fact, a conflict between the provisions of the reference publications, the one providing the highest or most stringent requirement shall govern:
(1) “Recommended Standards for Waste Water Facilities, Great Lakes Upper Mississippi River,” the most recent edition;
(2) “Recommended Standards for Water Works, Great Lakes Upper Mississippi River,” the most recent edition.
(3) Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Requirements;
(4) The village’s Construction and Material Specifications; and
(5) The village’s Standard Drawings.
