All applications for water and sewer service shall be made on forms provided by the village. Each application shall state truly and fully the uses to be made of the water and sewer service. A separate application for service may be required for each premise. Each application must be signed by the owner of the premises to be supplied water and sewer service. In case of a change of ownership, the new owner of an existing property shall notify the village (within seven days from the transfer date of the property) of the change of ownership and provide the pertinent information necessary to assume responsibility of the account of the said property.
