§ 51.006 ACCESS TO PROPERTY.
   Any duly authorized representative of the village bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspecting, reading, and maintaining meters, or for the purpose of measuring, sampling, or testing in accordance with the provision of these regulations.
