(A) (1) Zoned area shall include all area within the corporate limits of the village.
(2) No dwelling house constructed on any lot within the corporate limits shall contain any material or be constructed in a manner to endanger the health, safety, and welfare of occupants or the community (see division (A)(9) of this section).
(3) No mercantile, business building, or factory building shall be built without the writted approval of the Building Inspector in accordance with zoning regulations in effect at such time.
(4) All signs constructed or placed upon any property must have the approval of the Village Planning Commission.
(5) A house trailer may be used for living quarters only upon approval of the Village Planning Commission.
(6) No trailer camps, trailer parks, tourist cabins, or motels are permitted until all plans are approved by the Planning Commission and the County Board of Health.
(7) No junk yards or lots strewn with waste material or dumping grounds are permitted within the corporate limits of said village.
(8) No building or part thereof shall be built or altered, nor shall any building be moved until application is made and permit obtained from the Planning Commission.
(9) All applications for building permits shall be accompanied by accurate plans submitted in duplicate showing actual size of lot to be built upon and an inspection fee.
(10) An inspection period of one week shall be allowed for the inspection and approval or rejection of said plans.
(B) The foregoing zoning regulations may be amended or repealed in whole or part as provided by law.
(C) The provisions set forth above, including all zoning rules and regulations, are to be enforced under the provisions of R.C. §§ R.C. § 713 inclusive.
