§ 150.03 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

(A) The Champaign County Comprehensive Plan 2020 Update as prepared by the Logan-Union-Champaign Regional Planning Commission (LUC) is hereby approved and adopted as the most current comprehensive plan for the county and the village.

(B) The Champaign County Comprehensive Plan 2020 Update as adopted this day shall serve as an official planning guide for the village until superseded by a subsequent legally adopted plan.
