§ 139.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any minor who violates the curfew for the first time shall be given a warning, along with the minor’s parent or legal guardian, which warnings shall be recorded by the deputy.
      (2)   Any minor who violates the curfew for the second (or more) time(s) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
      (3)   Whoever violates §§ 139.05 and/or 139.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Subsequent violations shall be misdemeanors of the fourth degree.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 139.08 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of § 139.08, a subsequent violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
