(A) Any minor who violates this curfew may be detained by the deputy. The parent or legal guardian of such minor shall be contacted and arrangements shall be made for release of said minor to the parent or legal guardian. At the time of release, the parent or legal guardian shall sign a form provided by the deputy acknowledging notification of curfew violation.
(B) If the parent or legal guardian of a minor cannot be located, or if the minor has committed a prior curfew violation, the deputy may contact the appropriate juvenile authorities for further action.
