§ 138.21 PUBLIC INTOXICATION.
   (A)   If any person disturb the peace or good order of the village by intoxication, fighting, threatening personal violence, using profane or indecent language, or shall otherwise disturb the peace by indecent, lewd, or disorderly conduct, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100 on conviction thereof.
   (B)   Whoever is found in a state of intoxication or whoever, being intoxicated, shall disturb the peace and good order, or shall conduct himself or herself in a disorderly manner, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100. Any magistrate shall have final jurisdiction to hear and determine any prosecution arising under this section.
